Branded Merchandise

Yes, if you let us know what you have had before, we can ensure that the branded clothing we supply you will be better quality and fit for the purpose you need it for.

Give Mark a call on 01883 626667 and we’ll see what we can do.  We’ve supplied a 5ft branded Easter egg, an 11 metre Valentines wall and a whole host of other bespoke branded items for our clients.

If it can be done, then we’ll be able to do it for you!

Probably. If you send over your specification, we’ll supply a like for like quotation.

It depends on the actual item, if you get in touch with us, we’ll be able to let you know.

It depends on the branded item you require. Some items have a range of colours available for you to choose and others can be colour matched.

Our office is just off Warlingham Green in Surrey. Our address is First Floor, 2 Glebe Road, Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9NG.

You can and out kettle is always on, but it’s best to contact us first just to make sure we’re in and haven’t got another meeting lined up.

Yes, we have a carpark and our bays are the middle parking bays.  If no spots are available, there’s street parking nearby.

Google Marketing

Google setup locations for businesses and expect businesses to claim them. You may have one that’s been setup but not claimed, so it won’t have your vital information on there that helps you to be found by potential customers. We can claim it for you and optimise it so you are found.

If you haven’t claimed your location other people can suggest updates, which Google may add to it. You (or we if you would like us to do it) can claim your listing and add the correct details to it.

You might not have one. If you haven’t we can easily set your business location up for you, verify it and optimise it to help you be found by potential customers looking for your products and services.

You can get 5 star reviews by doing a great job for your customers! People will naturally leave reviews and you can direct customers to your Google location to leave reviews. We can provide a direct link, which you can send to your customers so they can easily leave reviews for your business.

Everyone gets a bad review every now and again and in truth, there’s no pleasing some people! If you get a bad review, you (or we) can leave a professional reply that shows that you care and take your customer feedback seriously.

Yes, a lot of businesses have claimed their locations and not looked at them since. Google are always adding updates and improvements. We can access your location and update it professionally and with all your relevant information to help you attract incoming enquiries from people looking for the products and services you offer.

No. We can take care of everything for you, saving you time and hassle but allowing you to take advantage of the power of Google.

If you have to ask, probably not. As part of our Google management service we can look at how your location has been performing and show you the difference we make = being found more in searches, more website visits and more phone call enquiries.

Graphic Design

Yes, we can take your sketch and professionally create your design in a high resolution format. We can also take your sketch and develop it further taking advantage of our expert designers.

Yes, we can have a chat and draw some initial ideas to move forward with.  Once you see a couple of designs, it usually helps to show you what you do and don’t want. We’ll work with you until you are 100% happy with your design.

We won’t copy them, but we can definitely use them as inspiration to create the look you want to achieve.

Yes, we do this quite a lot with logos and it’s amazing to see the difference with just a minor tweak that can freshen up a design and completely change the feel of it.

Yes, we can re-create your design in the format you need it in.

Impossible. Only joking. We will communicate with you at every step of the design process to ensure you end up with the look you want to achieve and one that you will be proud to show off. We’ve had clients completely change their ideas throughout the design process and again we will work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your design.

Logo Design

Yes, one of our expert designers will be able to help you. It can be easier to get an idea once you see some initial design options. We’ll have a chat and can often draw some ideas to work on from that.

If you cannot print your logo or expand it without it going blurry, it’s because it’s not saved in a high enough resolution.  The quality of the file isn’t good enough.  We can re-create your logo in a high resolution format to resolve this issue for you.

Square shaped logos work well with social media profile pictures as they are circular shaped so fit within them. A lot of businesses have different logo versions now to adapt to different size and shape requirements. We can definitely take a look at your logo and probably create a version that will work as a social media profile picture.

Yes. If you send it over we can take a look and make some suggestions. We’ve just slightly tweaked logos in the past and it’s made a huge difference to the look and feel of them!

Yes, we can re-create your logo on a transparent background so you can stick it on anything and it will look great. We can also produce different colour versions of your logo so you can use it on different coloured backgrounds.

Printing Services

Usually a high resolution (minimum 300dpi) PDF with 3mm bleed and crop marks, but feel free to check with us.

Yes, we have amazing designers here at Nine 8 Nine and can produce your artwork as well as your printed product.

We’ll certainly try! We provide quality printing at the very best price.  We saved one of our client’s recently over £1,000 on £4,000 brochure, saving them a quarter of what they were paying each time they printed it.

We can come to you.

We offer print management. With our in-depth knowledge of printing and fantastic relationship with our suppliers, we are able to buy at the very best price, from the best printer for your project.

Like many of our clients, the environment is important to us. We use FSC paper & vegetable inks where possible & dispose of waste in a responsible manner.

Social Media

That doesn’t matter, we can use professional, relevant stock images from our massive collection and we are very creative with the content we’ll post for your business.  We will use your images once you start to take them and we can even take images ourselves of your work, showroom, products, services, staff, vehicles etc.

With advertising and marketing, there’s never any guarantees (unfortunately) and you should be wary if anyone makes any guarantees. The great thing about social media marketing though, is that we can show you the results we get for you. How many people are seeing your posts, how many people are responding and how many people are contacting you directly through social media.

We’ll agree how you would like us to deal with incoming enquiries. Some of our clients respond directly themselves, some of our clients ask us to get contact details and email or text enquiries through to them. Other clients of ours ask us to reply, asking the potential client to phone or email directly.  We’ll do whatever works best for you.

We have affordable options based on how much time each week you would like us to dedicate to your social media.  Call us on 01883 626667 to discuss which option would be the best for you.

Yes, of course.  You can post whatever you like when you like. We’re working with you as part of your team and can share your posts so they reach thousands of people.

As much or as little as you want to.  Some of our clients simply don’t have the time or the will to be on social media, so they leave absolutely everything to us and we just get in contact with incoming enquiries.

No, not if you don’t want to.  You can be involved as much or as little as you want to be. We can take care of everything for you and you can tell us how you would like to deal with your incoming enquiries, i.e we can get their contact number so you can call them or we can ask them to phone or email you directly.

We are happy for you to take over your social media and will hand over all logins, passwords and provide any help you need to get going.  If you would like us to manage your social media for you, we ask for an initial 3 months contract (which gives us enough time to really make a difference for you) and then it’s a rolling month to month contract with a months notice, so you have the flexibility to take over at any time.

Website Design

We’ll usually have your website live within 2-4 weeks as long as you are quick with feedback during the design. If you need it quicker than that for an urgent deadline, then speak to us. We’ve turned websites around in 24 hours in the past!

You’ll need a domain name (www.yourcompanyname.co.uk), hosting (the storage unit where your website content lives online) and website building software (such as WordPress).

As much or as little input as you want to give us.  Some of our clients are so busy, we completely design their site from a 5-10 minute conversation.  If you simply do not have the time, we can write all of your content, source relevant images and tweak accordingly based on your feedback.

Yes of course. We would always suggest a professional email address, i.e yourname@yourwebsiteaddress.co.uk but if you want to keep your current email address, then that’s fine.  We could even setup a professional email address for you and forward it to your current email account.

We don’t charge any on-going costs for the sites we design.  You’ll have to renew your domain name (www.yourbusinessname.co.uk) and hosting to keep your site live (and we can take care of that for you) but other than that, there are no on-going costs.  We do offer a management service to keep your site updated, but that’s completely optional.

That’s fine, you do not have to have social media accounts to have a website.  If you would like to be on social media then we can also help you with this with our social media setup and management service.

A domain name is your digital address that people will use to access your site. Ours is www.nine8ninedesign.co.uk.  Yours will be www.yourbusinessname.co.uk (or .com .uk .org etc).

A host is the storage unit where your website content lives online.  If you think of your website as a house, the host is the plot of land your house needs to sit on.

Yes. You’ll have a login so you can access your website and make changes such as uploading new photos, customer testimonials and you’ll be able to add or amend text and images.  If you’re stuck with something, we’re always available to help you.
